James Damon has an Associates Degree in Accounting. He started his construction company 30 years ago, When he worked for a custom home builder in Minnesota in 1984. He moved his company to Oklahoma in 1994 and became an Oklahoma Certified Home Inspector from 1997-2006. James then joined the Central Oklahoma Builders Association in 2006. He has participated in a variety of community committees and non-profit boards over the last 23 years. He is the owner of James Damon Companies, LLC and Manager of LionHeart Association Management.
 
 
Jenny Brown has a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University. She began her career in technical support and sales for Tax and Accounting Software Corporation in 2000. She then worked for Intuit in the same capacity until Intuit relocated to Plano, TX. Jenny worked as an Assistant Manager for Gap, Inc. for 2 years before starting Made to Order Management, LLC. She then worked for an association management company in Tulsa for 3.5 years. Jenny and her husband, Jason Brown, started LionHeart Association Management in 2007.
 
 
Darren Kinsey has an Bachelors Degree in Chemistry from Oklahoma State University. He worked for US Cellular for nearly eight years in several capacities, including Customer Service Training, Retail Sales, and Retail Leadership before moving into outside sales for a healthcare products distributor.  He then became a Licensed Personal Banker for a large, multi-state bank.  After taking some time off, Darren joined LionHeart Association Management in 2012 as a Property Manager.
 
 
Kristin Lydens has earned a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma and a Master of Science Degree from Northeastern State University.  She began her professional career in 2000 at Halsey's Furniture in Tulsa.  She handled a varity of administrative duties in Accounting, Human Resources and Purchasing.  Kristin was employed by STI Technologies on a government contract as an administrative clerk from 2004 until that contract ended in 2005.  Beginning in 2005, Kristin worked as an Account Representative for Shoppers, Inc.  She joined LionHeart in 2013 as an Administrative Assistant.
